At 7pm the HTMC event presentation begins: "KMWP, Controlling Invasive Species of the Koolau Mountains, A Field Crew Perspective". Join members of the Ko’olau Mountains Watershed Partnership (KMWP) Field Crew as they give their perspective on invasive species control in the Koolau Mountains. Their crew controls priority weeds in some of the toughest terrain to ensure the longevity of our watersheds. Through many partnerships, their team is empowered to protect and enhance the forest while perpetuating and protecting our native resources.

Artful guitar music for DAC's First Friday exhibition upstairs in the Main Gallery from 5:30 - 8:00pm.
The new exhibition is called Elemental Synergy, and it features 22 local artists working in various mediums (some in collaboration with each other) to produce works that explore the interplay of earth, air, fire, wood, and water.
